All the trademarks , Logos are belong to Innozone and using the media and texts without permission is prohibited.
We try to deliver your orders within the estimated period. But it’s not a guarantee. Due to environmental conditions, order volumes, estimates could be slightly changed.

2.0 Refunds & Returns

Refunds are made if your order is damaged, not working or items are missing.
Innozone has full rights to take a decisions about the refunds.
Returns are not acceptable. (Acceptable if the Innozone team decided to do so)
If customer put fake details and paid online/Bank Transfer, refunds only possible if he/she able to prove any of the info which provided (Home Address/Email or Number) is belong to him/her. Need to provide evidence to issue the refund since we can’t verify exact owner of the payment.
Payment which made online/Bank Transfer are 100% refundable if there is a fault with Innozone (Our) side. But if there is a issue with customer, Bank Transfer charges will be deducted. If order is already shipped, but due to customer rejection, fake details or any fault with customer, refund will issue by waving both transaction fees and shipping charges including return charges.
Refunds are possible within a month from the transaction day.
All the refunds should request via email (innozone@outlook.com).
Refunds could take 7-14 days depending on the payment method.

3.0 Privacy

All your data is stored under Innozone which is only visible to the administration. All your order details including your name, address, phone numbers, emails are secured.
We may use your email and mobile number for marketing purposes.
We use those details to send you the order and notify you about the order status.
